Molly is a powerful, explosive, fluid athlete with a low center of gravity and excellent change-of-direction agility. A team-first leader who accentuates the strengths of those around her and often hides their weaknesses, Molly is an elite ball-winner and physical 1v1 defender with positional versatility throughout the spine of a team.

Molly’s truly differential traits, however, are her field vision and passing range, which make her an ideal fit as an attacking orchestrator (trequartista) or deep-lying playmaker capable of creating regular chances for teammates.

While primarily deployed in a defensive role in holding midfield early in her club career, Molly flourished as a center forward at the high school varsity level, ranking among the state leaders in goal proclivity (1.3 per game) and assists (13 in 15 matches), leading a team that had not won a regular-season game in two years before her arrival to a winning season and its first home playoff win in more than a decade as a freshman. She has been a “winner” at all levels of competition, from local to state to regional to national, with the U.S. Soccer Olympic Development Program level.
