Molly is a powerful, explosive, fluid athlete with a low center of gravity and strong change-of-direction ability. Her two-footedness allows her to receive, turn, pass, and finish under pressure from either side, making her difficult to read in central and attacking areas.
Her most distinctive qualities are her vision and passing range. Molly can create chances as an advanced playmaker, combine quickly in tight spaces, slip final balls through defensive lines, or play as a deeper distributor when the game requires control. She is also a committed ball-winner with the physical toughness and defensive instincts to play in deeper midfield or defensive roles.
While she has spent significant time in defensive and holding midfield roles at the club level, Molly flourished in a more advanced attacking role for Seneca High School. As a freshman, she helped lead a major program turnaround, contributing 1.3 goals per game and 13 assists in 15 matches for a team that had not won a regular-season match in two years prior to her arrival. Seneca finished with a winning season and earned its first home playoff win in more than a decade.
Her sophomore season confirmed her ability to produce at a high level, as she became one of the state’s most prolific passers while also scoring consistently. Molly’s combination of creativity, competitiveness, technical ability, and positional versatility makes her a strong fit for programs seeking a playmaker who can contribute in multiple midfield and attacking roles.
